Child Safety Standards

Effective date: October 27, 2026

These Child Safety Standards apply to Testify and all users of the Testify app and services (“Testify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Eligibility

Testify is intended for individuals who are at least 16 years old. All users must comply with these Child Safety Standards.

Prohibited conduct

Testify prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) and child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”).

Users may not create, upload, request, share, or distribute CSAM, or use Testify to groom, sexually exploit, sextort, traffic, or otherwise abuse or endanger a child. This prohibition applies to all activity on Testify, including posts, comments, messages, profiles, and shared media.

Reporting and enforcement

Users may report content or accounts through the reporting features in the Testify app. Child safety concerns may also be sent to uche@testifyhub.co.

We review child safety reports and may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Standards. We may also take other appropriate action under our policies and applicable law.

CSAM and legal reporting

We take appropriate action when we become aware of CSAM, including removing the material and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (“NCMEC”) or the relevant regional authority, as applicable.

We cooperate with appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
